Quick Thawing Method :-

1. Put the frozen cooked Shrimp in a colander.
2. Place under cool running water. If there's a spray nozzle, use it increase the coverage area.
3. Pry the shrimp apart as the water runs. In less than 15 minutes, the shrimp will be thawed.
4. Rinse the shrimp thoroughly and blot it dry with a paper towel.
Longer Thawing Method :-

1. Place frozen cooked shrimp in a strainer or colander and cover with aluminum foil or plastic wrap.
2. Put the colander in a drip pan and place it all in the refrigerator. After 12 hours, the shrimp will be cool and thawed.
3. Remove from refrigerator when you're ready to use it and rinse under water for about 30 seconds.

Blot the shrimp dry.
