Serve hot with a topping of your choice (honey, maple syrup, whipped cream) for a simple yet elegant looking breakfast.
Notes :-
---------
1). Use more/less sugar depending on your taste.
2). You can use chopped nuts or frozen berries along with chocolate chips for more flavor.
3). Make the waffles as per the operating instructions of your waffle iron.
4). If you don't have cooking spray, you can use butter to coat the waffle maker. This coating will avoid batter sticking to the grid.
5). With less fat, eggless waffles tend to be more likely to stick to your waffle iron, so make sure it's well greased.
6). You can keep the batter, covered, in the fridge for up to a week. Just be sure to whisk well before using again.
7). These may brown quicker than standard waffles because of the sugar in them, so test the first one and adjust the time.
8). If you have leftover waffles, they are great to freeze and then toast at a later time.
9). Using all purpose flour will made the batter thick like that of pancake batter and the waffles turned out beautiful.
10). You can use the same batter to make pancakes.
