Ingredients :-

| Raw banana | 1 |
| Onions (finely chopped) | 2 tbsp |
| Turmeric powder | ½ tsp |
| Chilli powder | 1 tsp |
| Hing | pinch |
| Mustard | ¼ tsp |
| Channa dal | 1 tsp |
| Urad dal | 1 tsp |
| Salt | to taste |

1). Rinse and peel raw banana. Dice them and keep it immersed in water until use to prevent discoloration. Boil 1 cup of water* in a pan, add chopped plantain along with salt and turmeric powder. Let it cook until they soften. Keep aside.

Notes :-

# When preparing the veggie, grease your hands with oil to avoid stickiness.
#* Do not add more water while cooking and make it mushy. Add water just till immersing level.
# Make sure not to over cook, plantain should retain its shape.
