Tricolor Veg Omlette is a simple and healthy dish. I used heart-shaped omlette mould to prepare this heart-shaped veg omlette.
Ingredients :-

Gram flour | 2 tbsp |
Garam masala | ¼ tsp |
Amchoor powder | ¼ tsp |
Chilli powder | ¼ tsp |
Oil | Ghee | 2 tbsp |
Carrot (grated) | 1 tbsp |
Onions (finely chopped) | 1 tbsp |
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) | 1 tbsp |
Salt | to taste |
Method :-

1). Make a thin batter gramflour, garam masala, amchoor powder, red chilli powder, salt and water.
2). Heat about 1tablespoon of oil in a pan and Place omlette mould. Pour out a laddle ful of the prepared mixture and spread it.
3). Sprinkle few drops of oil around the spread batter and cook on a low flame. Now on top portion place the grated carrot,onions in the middle and coriander leaves in the bottom portion. Put a lid on the pan to cover it.
4). After about 4-5 minutes, remove the lid and check to
see if the omelette has started puffing at the bottom.
If the pan is becoming dry, you
could pour another 1/2 teaspoon of oil around the omelette again.
Serve it hot !! Enjoy the tasty omlette :)

# Dont make the batter too watery.
# Adjust salt and spices according to your taste.
# I mainly prepared this omlette for my event(Celebrating Indepedence day) so I have added very few veggies which I had in hand. But you can add tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, cabbage etc.
# You can very well mix the veggies along with the batter and make omlette. Make sure you turn the omlette frequently so that inner part gets cooked.
