Ingredients :-

Seedless watermelon | ½ |
White sugar | ¼ cup |
Orange juice | ¼ cup |
Pineapple juice | ¼ cup |
Mint leaves | for garnishing |
Method :-

1). Cut the watermelon in half lengthwise with a sharp knife.
2). Insert a melon baller or an ice cream scoop into the center
of one watermelon half or quarter. Twist the scoop around completely,
cutting out a perfect ball.
4). Scoop out the remaining melon with the melon baller, working
outward from the center.
5). Prepare the syrup by dissolving the sugar in the orange juice. Pour the syrup over the melon balls and toss lightly to coat.
6). Place in the refrigerator for one hour, toss again slightly before serving.
To serve, place balls of watermelon in a serving bowl and a scoop of syrup. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
