Notes :-
-----------
# You can use equal amount of water and milk. However, milk makes it more tastier so I prefer milk.
# Overripe banana suits best for this recipe, it gives a good texture. The riper the banana, the sweeter it is!
# Timings depends on the type of Oats you use. (Steel-Cut Oats , Rolled Oats or Old fashioned Oats , Quick-cooking Oats, Instant Oats). They have the same nutritional value.
# Old fashioned Oats are the thickest, which retains its shape during cooking. Quick-cooking oats cook more quickly than rolled Oats, but retain less of their texture. Instant Oats cook the quickest of all and make a very soft porridge.
# I have used low fat Almond milk. You can very well use any type of milk of your choice.
# Adding cardamom is must, the flavors definitely support each other.
