Avocado Chia Pudding

Ingredients :-

 Avocado    1 
 Banana   1 
 Chia Seeds     3 tbsp
 Almond Milk    ½ cup
 Maple Syrup      1 tsp     
 Strawberries     for garnishing   
 
Method:-

1). Mix chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl. Whisk together with a fork to combine. Let it soak for at-least 30 minutes or place it in the fridge over night.

2). On the time of serving : Blend Avocado and banana until you have a creamy consistency. 

3). Soaked chia seeds will become thick in pudding consistency. Add Maple Syrup and whisk to combine.


4). Combine chia pudding with the blended Avocado and top it with strawberries, or layer it as shown below in the picture!!

# You can substitute almond milk with regular or coconut milk. 
# Maple syrup is optional, feel free to substitute with honey, dates or sugar.  
# Whisk chia seeds well before soaking or you will end up with lumps. 
# Soaking longer is preferable. But if you don't have time, soak it for at-least 30 minutes. 
# Plain Chia Pudding can be stored in the fridge for upto 3 days.
