Kiwi Banana Smoothie

Kiwi Banana Smoothie is refreshing and stress-buster smoothie. Smoothies are the easiest way to make your kids try different types of fruit. Kiwis are good source of vitamin C, dietary fiber, potassium and contain trace amounts of other minerals. Bananas support a healthy digestive tract with proper elimination, good cardiovascular health, bone health, eye health, and help prevent cancer. 

Ingredients:-
------------------
 Kiwi (peeled and halved)     2
 Peanut butter  1 tsp
 Banana  2   
 Milk  ¼ cup   
 Maple syrup  4 tbsp   
 Ice cube  few

 Method  :-

Load all the ingredients in the blender and process until smooth. Serve cold.


Enjoy this creamy smoothie on a hot summer day !!

Notes :-

# If you don’t do well with the seeds from the kiwi, run smoothie through a fine mesh sieve and serve. 
# Instead of adding sugar, substitute with pear juice, bananas, grape juice, apple juice, pomegranate juice, honey or maple syrup.
