This is a quick, easy, and delicious recipe that all will enjoy. This is my own version and it tastes yummy. You may want to adjust the sauce quantities as per your taste.
Ingredients :-

| Hakka noodles | 150 grams |
| Ginger garlic paste | 1 tsp |
| Onions | ½ cup ¼ tsp |
| Carrot | ½ cup ¾ tsp |
| Cabbage | ½ cup |
| Soy sauce | 2 tbsp |
| Green chilli sauce | 2 tbsp |
| Ajino motto (optional) | pinch |
| Pepper powder | 1 tbsp |
| Oil | as needed |
| Salt | to taste |

2). Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds. Add chopped onions and saute till transparent. Now add all the veggies and saute for few minutes.

# Hakka noodles has salt in it. Just drop them in boiling water.
