Chinese Veg Fried Noodles | சைனீஸ் வெஜ் நூடுல்ஸ்

This is a quick, easy, and delicious recipe that all will enjoy. This is my own version and it tastes yummy. You may want to adjust the sauce quantities as per your taste.
Ingredients :-
------------------
 Hakka noodles  150 grams
 Ginger garlic paste      1 tsp
 Onions  ½ cup   ¼ tsp
 Carrot   ½ cup ¾ tsp 
 Cabbage     ½ cup
 Soy sauce  2 tbsp
 Green chilli sauce  2 tbsp
 Ajino motto (optional)     pinch 
 Pepper powder  1 tbsp
 Oil  as needed
 Salt  to taste


Method :-

1). Boil water in a pan, bring it to bubbles and drop the noodles. Cook for 2 - 4 minutes and drain the noodles. Rinse under cold water and add 1teaspoon of oil to prevent sticking.

2). Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds. Add chopped onions and saute till transparent. Now add all the veggies and saute for few minutes.

 3). Add sauces, vinegar along with noodles and fry on high flame. Finally add aginamotto and pepper powder, combine. Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve hot.

Notes :-
----------
# Hakka noodles has salt in it. Just drop them in boiling water.
# You can add veggies of your choice like capsicum, beans.
